SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Processing & Shipping Time

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock are processed and dispatched within 3 to 4 business days.
  • Backordered / Custom Items: For items not in stock or requiring customization, the production lead time is approximately 10 to 15 days.
  • Inventory Program: For regular wholesale clients, Adas Instruments can maintain customer-specific inventory at our facility to significantly reduce shipping times for future orders.

2. Delivery Estimates Delivery times vary based on your region. We partner with premium courier services (DHL, FedEx) to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  • USA & North America: 3-5 Business Days
  • Europe & UK: 4-6 Business Days
  • Rest of World: 5-7 Business Days
  • Note: For large bulk orders, we also offer Air Cargo and Sea Freight shipping options.

3. International Customs Duties & Taxes Please note that international buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs department.

  • Adas Instruments is not responsible for any fees related to international customs.
  • Adas Instruments is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

4. Lost Packages & Insurance Claims While rare, packages can occasionally be lost in transit.

  • If your package is delayed: Please contact your local courier office first to check if the goods are being held.
  • If the package is confirmed lost: Contact our Customer Service team immediately. We are happy to assist in sending a replacement.
  • Important Deadline: You must contact us within 3 weeks of the expected delivery date. Claims made after 3 weeks cannot be processed for insurance, and Adas Instruments will be unable to cover the loss.
