1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Standard Items: We do not have a strict minimum order requirement for standard instruments listed on our website. You may purchase as little as 1 (One) instrument.
- Custom/Special Items: For OEM or highly customized orders, MOQ will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our sales team for a quote.
2. Product Warranty & Quality Guarantee Adas Instruments is committed to excellence.
- Coverage: We offer a 3-Year Warranty on all reusable surgical instruments against rust, corrosion, pitting, or manufacturing defects.
- Replacement: Any instrument found to be defective due to materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper usage, mishandling, or incorrect sterilization methods.
3. Production & Shipping Timelines
- In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in inventory are dispatched within 3-4 working days.
- Backordered / Custom Items: For items requiring production, the lead time is approximately 10-15 working days, depending on order volume and complexity.
- Regular Distributors: For our recurring wholesale clients, we offer an Inventory Management Program, where we keep specific stock ready at our facility to ensure immediate shipping for your future orders.
4. Delivery Methods We partner with world-class courier services to ensure your instruments arrive safely.
- Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Air Cargo.
- Transit Time: Average delivery time is 3-7 working days, depending on your region (USA, Europe, Asia).
5. International Customs Duties & Taxes
- Buyer Responsibility: International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country’s customs department.
- No Liability: Adas Instruments is NOT responsible for any fees related to international customs, nor for delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.
6. Payment Terms
- We accept secure payments via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
- For bulk custom orders, a deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due prior to shipment.
