Plastic Surgery Set Manufactured in Our Own Factory
Aesthetic clinics fitting out a new theatre, hospital procurement teams replacing worn trays and distributors stocking ready-to-sell kits make up most of the demand here. A set can be as small as a fifteen piece minor procedure tray or as large as a full facial aesthetic outfit with eighty or more items. Because we keep the individual patterns in production, a set is assembled from our own stock instead of being gathered from several small workshops. Forging, milling, heat treatment, hand finishing and final inspection all happen in the Sialkot facility, and the finished tray is checked piece by piece against its packing list before boxing.
Contents follow our standard lists or yours. Frequent additions include extra Adson and Brown Adson forceps, alternative scissor lengths, retractors in several blade widths and needle holders with tungsten carbide jaws. Instruments carry satin or mirror polish, and colour marked rings can identify a particular tray in a busy department. Every item is reusable and autoclavable at 134 degrees C. Individual replacement pieces are always available separately, so a damaged instrument never means buying a whole tray again.

Choosing the Right Plastic Surgery Set
Matching Set Size to Your Case Mix
A clinic doing lid surgery and small facial work rarely needs a full facelift tray. Start by listing the three procedures you perform most often, then count the instruments each one genuinely uses. Most aesthetic rooms are served by a single core dissection tray plus two small procedure specific add-on packs. Buying one oversized set usually leaves half the pieces unused, while the two instruments reached for in every case wear out early and hold up the operating list.
Deciding Where Tungsten Carbide Pays
Tungsten carbide inserts add cost, so place them where grip and edge life actually matter. In a facial tray that normally means the needle holders and the fine dissecting scissors, both of which handle 5-0 and 6-0 suture and delicate tissue all day. Plain stainless jaws remain perfectly adequate on general purpose forceps, retractors and towel clips. A mixed specification keeps the tray affordable without shortening the working life of the pieces that earn their keep.
Planning Duplicate Instruments and Turnaround
Sterilisation turnaround, not surgery, decides how many trays a room needs. If your autoclave cycle plus drying approaches ninety minutes and you list four cases back to back, one tray will stall the theatre. Two identical sets, or one full set with a duplicated core of scissors, needle holders and toothed forceps, keeps the room moving. Tell us your weekly case volume and we will quote the duplication that fits instead of a second complete tray.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the instruments inside a standard set?
Yes. Every published set is a starting point rather than a fixed catalogue item. Send the contents you want, including preferred lengths, curved or straight patterns and which pieces should carry tungsten carbide, and we will quote the revised tray. Adding or removing items rarely changes the lead time by much, because all of the patterns involved are already running in our own production.
Do the sets come with a sterilisation case?
Perforated aluminium or stainless cases can be supplied with the set, sized to hold the instruments on silicone bars or clips. Instruments ship clean but not sterile, so the case and its contents are processed in your department before first use. Autoclaving at 134 degrees C suits both the case and the instruments inside it. Tell us the set contents and we will match the case size.
What is the minimum order for private label surgical sets?
Minimums are deliberately low. A distributor testing a new market can begin with a small batch of branded sets rather than committing to container volumes. We laser mark your logo and catalogue codes, print the box artwork and can add your own instruction insert. A marked sample is produced and approved by you before the full production run begins.
How do I replace a single instrument that has been damaged?
Order it as a separate line. Because we manufacture the individual patterns, any piece inside a set can be supplied on its own without buying a replacement tray. Quote the instrument name, length and pattern, or send a photograph of the damaged item, and we will match the specification and finish so the new piece sits correctly with the rest.
