A facial liposuction cannula is a fine tube, 2 mm to 5 mm across, with a blunt closed tip and small side ports cut near the end. It threads onto a syringe or a suction handle and passes through a skin opening a few millimetres wide. Surgeons reach for it on the jowls, the submental pad under the chin, the neck and the cheeks, where the fat layer is shallow and any uneven pass shows on the surface.
This Adas Instruments set holds 29 pieces on Luer Lock fittings: fat harvesting cannulas, micro fat injection cannulas, four anaesthetic infiltration cannulas, a V dissector, a nano fat kit, and 10 cc, 20 cc and 60 cc syringe snap locks. The cannulas are surgical grade aluminium and steel with an anodised finish. The instruments are stainless steel with a gold plated handle and satin finish. Supplied non sterile in a steel box with a silicone mat, latex free, ultrasonic cleanable, and reusable after sterilisation.
